Your first visit to Dunn Chiropractic involves a few special steps so that we can get to know you. To understand what to expect, please read through this page. You'll find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, payment policies and more. You can even save some time by printing out and completing the new patient forms in advance of your appointment.

If you complete the paperwork available here you will need to arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment. If you choose to complete your paperwork once at Dunn Clinic, please arrive 30 minutes early to your scheduled appointment.

What to expect

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on this Web site. Also, take some time to review our staff page and familarize yourself with the doctors and staff. We look forward to your first visit.

Please keep in mind that your first visit will last, on average, 1 1/2 hours. Future visits will be shorter in duration. However, everyone is unique and treatment varies from one patient to another. Some patients require more care and others, less. We try our best to accomodate your busy life by having mutiple appointment spots available every day.

Directions

Our office is located 1/4 mile north of I-440 on 21st Avenue between Sweetbriar and Beechwood in the "MetroCall" building. We are on the first floor and have our own separate entrance at the front of the building.
